THE BOSS

Growing up, trucks were always more than just a hobby. They quickly became a passion that turned into a career. After getting his start in the automotive industry detailing vehicles, Dom worked his way into the specialty truck world, where he gained hands on experience with suspension systems, custom builds, customer service, and the day to day operations of running a successful shop.

Driven by a desire to do things differently, Dom opened Boss Trucks in 2022 with a commitment to quality workmanship, honest communication, and building lasting relationships with every customer. Rather than simply selling parts, he enjoys helping customers design builds that fit their lifestyle while ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop done right.

Although the company has continued to grow, Dom remains heavily involved in every project that comes through the doors. Whether he is meeting with customers, working alongside the technicians, building relationships with manufacturers, or planning the next big shop project, his passion for the industry continues to drive everything he does.

When you stop by Boss Trucks, chances are you'll find Dom walking the shop floor, talking with customers, or figuring out the next way to make the business and the customer experience even better.

OFFICE ADMIN

LINA

As the Office Administrator at Boss Trucks, Lina wears many hats and plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of the business. She helps bridge the gap between the office and the shop, ensuring projects stay organized and customers receive the best experience possible from start to finish.

Her responsibilities include customer communication, preparing estimates, ordering parts, coordinating with vendors, scheduling projects, managing inventory, and making sure the shop has everything it needs to keep builds moving efficiently. She also leads the company's marketing efforts, coordinates events, manages merchandise, and helps oversee the growth of the Boss Trucks brand.

Whether she's helping a customer plan their next build, sourcing parts, organizing an event, or supporting the team behind the scenes, Lina is always working to keep Boss Trucks running smoothly. Her organization, versatility, and dedication make her an invaluable part of our team.

Lead technician

Jordan AKA "Unc"

As Lead Technician at Boss Trucks, Jordan plays a key role in ensuring every build meets the standards our customers have come to expect. From overseeing complex installations to mentoring the rest of the team, he helps keep every project moving efficiently while making sure no detail is overlooked. His experience, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right set the standard in our shop.

When the workday ends, Jordan is usually still in the garage. He enjoys building his own trucks, tackling personal projects, and finding new ways to improve every vehicle he works on. For him, building trucks isn't just a career it's what he enjoys doing every day.

If you've visited the shop, you've probably also met his sidekick, Jäger. Jäger comes to work with Jordan every day and has become the official Boss Trucks shop dog. Whether he's greeting customers or hanging out with the crew in the shop, he's a familiar face around Boss Trucks.

Jordan's leadership, knowledge, and passion for the industry make him an invaluable part of our team and help ensure every customer leaves with a build they can be proud of.

Technician

Patrick AKA "Pat"

If you’ve had work done at the shop, there’s a good chance Pat has been part of bringing that build together. He’s the kind of guy who takes pride in his work and enjoys being hands-on, whether it’s a customer truck or one of his own personal projects.

Outside of the shop, Pat is usually still building something. He spends a lot of his free time working on his prerunner, taking on personal projects, riding dirt bikes, snowboarding in the winter, and getting out on the water when the weather is right.

We’re lucky to have another technician on our team who lives this lifestyle both in and out of the shop.

Technician

Sawyer

Sawyer is one of the technicians at Boss Trucks and thrives on solving problems. He enjoys taking on projects that require creativity, troubleshooting, and attention to detail, making him the guy the team can count on when a job isn't straightforward.

Outside of the shop, you'll usually find him in the garage working on one of his own builds. Whether it's making progress on his Ford Ranger project or turning wrenches on his 6.7 Cummins, he enjoys the challenge of building vehicles that perform as well as they look.

No matter the project, Sawyer enjoys figuring out the solution and seeing it through to the finish. That problem solving mindset and dedication to quality make him an important part of the Boss Trucks team.
